Shipping method and costs

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 13:00 are usually shipped the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this. Sometimes products are out of stock, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. An indication of the delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

€4.95 for all orders under €30 within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

Delivery is carried out by PostNL via standard mail or parcel service. In most cases, delivery will take place on the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
