At Annie Green, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Non-returnable products

Our nematodes cannot be returned. These are living organisms with a limited shelf life and are therefore excluded from returns and exchanges.

Return period for other products

For all other products, you have 14 days after receiving your order to decide whether the product is right for you.

You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary for evaluation, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Exchanges

Due to their limited shelf life, nematodes cannot be exchanged for other products.

Other products can be exchanged. Please contact us at info@annie.green and include your order number. We will assist you further. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Incorrect or damaged delivery

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, you are always entitled to a replacement or a new shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@annie.green and include your order number.
